"Feels legit, honestly"
I’ve ordered from them twice now, and both times everything showed up just fine. The site feels real, like... not sketchy or anything, and the lenses looked close to the photos. I’m taking off one star because their replies were kind of slow, but overall, yeah... I’d trust them.

"Pretty much wrote off the delivery right away"
My order showed up way later than expected, and the tracking was almost useless. I kept checking for updates myself because nothing was really moving. my first reaction was that this delivery setup just isn’t reliable, and I don’t think I’d trust it again.

"Longer Wait Than I Expected"
I ended up waiting longer than I expected, which was a bit frustrating. It wasn’t the end of the world, but I definitely thought it would be quicker. The wait felt REALLY long at the time

"Tracking was way off"
The tracking said my package was delivered, but the dumb thing didn’t actually show up until two days later. Annoying, honestly.

"Good lenses, prices are alright"
I’ve ordered from hapakristin a couple times now and the prices are fair for what you get. Some of the lenses are a little pricier than other sites, but they look really nice and they’re comfy enough, so I’m not too bothered paying a bit more. Shipping was fine too, not crazy fast or anything, but not super slow either. I’d say it’s a good deal if you grab stuff during a sale. Giving it 4 stars just because the regular prices could be a little lower.

These lenses fit really nicely and stayed in place well. They took a little bit to settle at first, but after that they felt comfortable. Overall, I’m happy with them and would use them again.

"Cute lenses, but I wish there were more options"
The lenses are cute and the styles are pretty, but the selection feels limited. A lot of the colors look almost the same to me, so it was hard to find something that felt different. I was really just hoping for a bit more variety, which seems like a basic thing to ask for, so that was kind of frustrating

"Pretty reliable stock overall"
I can usually find the lenses I’m looking for in stock, which is a big plus. I did notice some of the more popular colors sell out quickly, and the restock took a little longer than I expected. I’ve seen other people mention the same thing, so I guess it’s not just me. Overall though, it’s been a good experience and I’d give it 4 stars.

"The colors were really at..."
The colors were really at first, and I wanted to like these. But the lenses felt way thinner than I expected, and one pair got a tiny tear after just a few wears even though I was being careful. Comfort was fine, nothing amazing, but for the price I expected them to last longer. I’ve already had to explain a few times that I didn’t mishandle them, they just aren’t very durable, which is frustrating.

"Refund Took Way Too Long"
I returned my order and did eventually get my refund, but it took way longer than it should have. Support did reply, so I’ll give them that, but they were painfully slow and it felt like they just kept dragging their feet. The whole process was frustrating, and I don’t see why a simple return had to be such a hassle.

"Got uncomfy fast"
They felt dry after about an hour and kept shifting around, which was kinda annoying. I couldnt wear them all day like I hoped, my eyes got tired way too fast.

"They really need better product info"
I was trying to buy some lenses, but the product pages don’t give you enough to go on. Stuff like fit, how they’re supposed to be used, and what the colors actually look like in real life is either missing or weirdly hard to find. Kind of feels like they expect you to just guess, which is annoying. I ended up giving up because it was too much hassle.

It does look nice overall, but it ended up being a bit too enlarging for me. I was hoping it would feel more natural based on the description, so that kind of made me trust it a little less.

The lenses themselves are nice and I’m happy with how they look, but having to pay extra import fees was really annoying. I wasn’t expecting that extra charge, and it kind of took away from the whole experience. The lenses are good, but the customs fee was frustrating, especially since it felt like one more cost on top of what I already paid.

"Still Waiting for a Real Answer"
I waited several days for help and kept noticing the same pattern: a little acknowledgment, then no actual solution. I tried to be patient, but after checking back again and again, I still don’t feel like I got a real answer
